I am a certified Therapist. I have a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I specialize in SFBT, DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Talk Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. My focus is to help individuals cope with the emotional, psychological and behavioural impact of traumatic experiences.
Many people come to individual therapy feeling stuck in unproductive patterns that are painful and difficult to change. Psychotherapy and counselling are collaborative processes that I tailor to meet your unique personal needs. Therapy creates an opportunity to transform hardships and obstacles into strength, leading to positive action.
In a warm, supportive environment, I work with you to understand how your life story and personal history have shaped your current relationships—with yourself and others. Through this process, you can gain insight into negative thoughts and behavioural patterns, create change, remove emotional blocks, and develop new strategies to meet your needs. Therapy can help you identify and address underlying issues, recognize your strengths, and guide you toward developing healthier ways of thinking and behaving.
