I am a certified Therapist. I have a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I specialize in SFBT, DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Talk Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. My focus is to help individuals cope with the emotional, psychological and behavioural impact of traumatic experiences.
